Kansas City Realtor

ABOUT

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family with a background in new home construction, Cooper has been immersed in the home buying and selling process since he was a child. Cooper is a recent graduate from the Business School at Kansas State University. While in college, he decided to also further his interests in real estate by joining a team in Manhattan, KS. Balancing both school and work, he developed a firm understanding as to how the resale home market operates. Cooper believes a person’s home to be one of the most important investments they will encounter. “I feel very fortunate that I get the opportunity to help people with something as meaningful as buying or selling a piece of property. I feel that honesty and communication are essential components of a working relationship.” Cooper looks forward to working with you today!

ABOUT PRIME DEVELOPMENT

Prime Development was founded in 1966 by Clay Blair. Starting as a land acquisition and consulting company, it expanded into development in response to the population and economic growth of Johnson County, Kansas. The company has developed retail, apartments and residential projects. Its primary focus for the past decade has been the creative development of new home residential neighborhoods.

When deciding to purchase a home in a Prime Development community, prospective buyers can feel secure they are investing in a Johnson County based real estate company with a long-running, financially secure history. Prime Development’s success through good and trying economic times is rooted in a philosophy of providing the right product in the right location at the right price, and building distinctive neighborhoods that exceed customer expectations. Prime Development’s skilled and experienced employees bring a wealth of knowledge to the table, as well as a sense of pride in a continuing commitment to top-selling neighborhoods that are more than cookie-cutter subdivisions.

The company has long been involved in the betterment of the community. It donated the land for the University of Kansas Edwards Campus in Overland Park and the land for the Blue Valley School Outdoor Science Center. It has also provided leadership for the Johnson County Visioning Committee as well as the chairmanship for both the Kansas Board of Regents and the Kansas Bioscience Authority.
